Stefan Gubser as Thomas Graf.jpg

As the new CEO, Thomas Graf (Stefan Gubser), a successful manager, is supposed to implement the plans to merge a Swiss with a German insurance company.
During the restructuring phase, an employee (Christian Kohlund) commits suicide. This event brings Graf's meteoric career to an unexpected turning point.

The story takes place in the context of the modern working world, which today more than ever is dominated by globalization, restructuring and profit maximization. And this at the expense of ordinary workers. This framework and the focus on the human capacity for love, hate, irony, melancholy and bitterness give the film explosive topicality.
