Maravan, a Tamil refugee, sets up a special kind of catering. Years ago, his grandmother in Sri Lanka initiated him into the art of aphrodisiac cooking. And so Maravan cooks his love menus, initially for couples referred to him by a sex therapist, and later for shady, wealthy businessmen involved in politics and business. While he cooks away the potency problems of Zurich's high finance, he overhears ever more drastic indiscretions about arms trafficking and the banking crisis. He slowly gets into uneasy waters despite his love menus.
